Wolfgang Hoffmann, is a Master Coach Trainer from the International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI). His passion is based on human behavior and exploring the BEING. His background is varied as well as his professional and life experiences. After graduating from Political Sciences, he studied an MA in Social Psychology, complemented with professional training in humanistic psychotherapy, Gestalt and cognitive behavior, then served as therapist for several years. Has dedicated over 20 years to organizational and managerial training where more than 25,000 people have participated in his courses, conferences and workshops, quickly becoming a leader in consulting processes and organizational change. It is in this "consulting stage" of his career where he finds coaching and decides to devote himself almost exclusively to study and practice coaching as a professional. He has been lucky enough to work with some of the greatest coaching masters in the world such as Thomas Leonard, Sir John Whitmore, and more recently with Tim Gallwey, all considered as founders of modern coaching. He is now devoted to coaching at a professional level as a member of the ICC international trainers team, and his own company Idear “Red internacional de consultoría”. www.idearconsultores.net
